🌷 Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed and unaltered
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Free from stains, makeup, perfume, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear
  • Returned with the original packaging whenever possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed
  • Earrings
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Beauty accessories
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear

💌 How to Request a Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our Customer Support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

📦 Return Shipping

Unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • LULU SKY SHOP is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the information and work with you toward an appropriate solution.

💰 Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

🕐 Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

  • Return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage may not qualify for a refund.
  • Please package returned items securely to prevent damage during transit.
